紡績糸:120/1 インド産ラムコDCH超長綿コットン

糸の特徴：特殊な原種保存技術により栽培された最高級インド綿を使用した紡績糸です。
シルクのような艶やかさ、柔らかな風合い、優れた伸度による強さ、独特の滑り感が特徴です。

撚糸：SUPER ZERO　　3000回

織地：綾組織をシャトル織機でゆっくりと織り上げました。反物の状態で洗い、テンターをしないで、シリンダーで仕上げ乾燥しています。その後手作業で１枚ずつアイロン仕上げをしています。

染色：1枚ずつ染料を手作業で布の上に置き、染料を布の上に置いたまま棒に巻いて、蒸し釜に入れています。
蒸し釜は薪で炊き、手洗い手絞りして自然乾燥で仕上げています。
全ての工程で電気を使用しないサスティナブルな環境で制作しています。

Red speckles: Indian Madder (powdered dye)
Larger red dye: Safflower (chip form)
Purple: Logwood
Yellow: Karamatsu (using cut thin leaves)
Yellow speckles: Sophora
Light blue resembling indigo: Japanese Climbing Bush (used in very small amounts)
Khaki brown: Mountain Peach
Spun Yarn: 120/1 Indian Long-Staple Cotton DCH

Yarn Characteristics: This spun yarn uses the highest quality Indian cotton cultivated through special seed preservation techniques. It features silk-like luster, a soft texture, excellent stretch strength, and a unique smooth feel.

Twisting: SUPER ZERO, 3000 times

Weave: Woven slowly on a shuttle loom with a twill weave. The fabric is washed in its raw state and finished by drying with a cylinder without tentering. Each piece is then hand-ironed.

Dyeing: Each piece is hand-dyed by placing the dye directly onto the fabric, then wrapped around a rod and steamed in a kiln. The kiln is fueled by firewood, and the fabric is hand-washed, hand-wrung, and naturally dried. All processes are carried out in a sustainable environment without using electricity.

Care Instructions:

This product is made from delicate material.

● Be cautious of accessories or rough edges on fingers that could damage the stole.
● When washing, gently press wash, avoid wringing forcefully, and either press gently with a towel or place in a net and spin-dry on a weak setting for about 15 seconds.
● Avoid using clothespins while drying to prevent damage.
● Do not stretch the stole while wet, as this can cause damage. Gently lay it flat on a net or hang it on a rod to dry.
